As our Maintenance Reliability Engineer you will be responsible for independently leading our site's reliability program to enhance the effectiveness of the maintenance organization through development and implementation of various reliability strategies and techniques.
Analyze overall equipment efficiencies (OEE), failure data, and corrective maintenance history so you can develop and deploy engineered solutions, or improved maintenance strategies, or optimized preventative/predictive maintenance protocols that will ensure our equipment reliability meets or exceeds world class standards.
Providing training and coaching on Root Cause Analysis (RCA) techniques for Maintenance Technicians, Leads and Supervisors. Take ownership for RCA investigations, implementations, follow ups and tracking to ensure that all RCA opportunities are thoroughly addressed and results from corrective actions are accurately documented.
Be the liaison between the Maintenance, Production and Engineering departments to ensuring an effective Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) process, which includes Autonomous Maintenance (AMs) flourishes throughout the facilities.
Lead our maintenance team in the optimization of documentation and protocols needed for a comprehensive Planned Maintenance program (PM) as well as a comprehensive Predictive Maintenance program(PdM).
Analyze the work order documentation in our SAP Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to lead and support reliability and failure analysis efforts.
Engaging customer technical resources, supply chain personnel, and key suppliers to develop and document robust spare parts lists, while striving to achieve best life cycle cost.
Providing leadership in conducting or arranging training for our maintenance technicians on procedures, techniques, technologies, and concepts used by maintenance technicians and their support staff.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering and at least 2 years related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Expert knowledge of reliability principles.
- Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal.
- Previous project management experience required.
- Working knowledge of eMaintenance CMMS software is a plus.
- Experience in optimizing Facilities support systems is a plus.
