To ensure this complex job goes off without a hitch, Supply Chain teams work with a network of more than 50 distribution centers, thousands of accountants, and more than 100,000 retail stores worldwide — making the impossible happen every single day.

- Job Title: MPO Nike Direct Store Specialist

- Report to: MPO Nike Direct Manager

- Work Location: Seoul

Responsibilities


- Play an active communication channel between Nike Direct Stores and MPO Nike Direct Operations, and identify opportunities and needs for the function

- Cross-functional working to support/enable seamless and premium consumer experience at Nike Direct Stores

- Collaborating with internal/external stakeholders to optimize end-to-end supply chain operational process

- Ensure seamless online and offline integration for the consumer journey, considering all digital touchpoints and Nike Direct Stores

- Understand STORE business metrics and achieve business goals

- Work with NDDC CTM, cross functional teams and external partners to drive/experiment omni-channel capabilities and local agility

- Refine omni-channel fulfillment KPI and Analyze Cost-To-Serve

- On-going track and monitor omni-channel fulfillment performance at Nike Direct Stores

- Create best practice process to improve omni-channel fulfillment and future expansion

- Work with Retail Operations Service Excellence (ROSE) team and Retail District Manager (RDM) to enable transformational initiatives and be aligned on key initiatives

- Engage and work with ROSE and Nike Technology to roll out RFID capabilities across Nike Direct Stores and serve for the benefit realization from inventory excellence



Requirements


- A great team player

- Work across multiple functions and drive action via the consensus and alignment with cross-functional teams

- Ability to clearly articulate goals and objectives and able to work independently and cooperatively in a diverse group

- Good data analysis and reporting management skills

- High level fluency in English

- 2-3 years’ supply chain, e-commerce operations or retail operation experience in a major consumer driven FMCG, Consumer Durables/Electronics will be preferred

- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
