Description

Sales Operation: (70%)

  • Be fully in charge of KAPM order collection process by working closely with X-functions and vendor in system setup, order consolidation, and order rules alignment.

  • Present order summary to X-functions with high quality and efficiency to drive insights and action taking.

  • Take ownership of master file update, maintenance, and validation from KAPM all the way to season ending.

  • Support sales team in season start preparation and in-season coordination.

  • Maintain established system capabilities and functionality, while seeking to improve functions, presentation, and efficiency.

Database Maintenance: (20%)

  • Maintain complete, accurate, and up-to-date database through weekly/monthly data checking. Ensure smooth & timely data collection process.

  • Be the focal point of POS data auto connection project by validating data and pushing process forward.

  • Manage partner and Tech relationship to ensure timely attention and action.


Data Analysis: (10%)

Complete general business performance review. Assist ad-hoc business analysis by providing accurate database.





- Basic business analysis skills
- Retail industry is preferred. Significant knowledge of Sporting Goods is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and cooperatively across functions. Capable of working under pressure.
- Very organized and detail oriented.
