Provide comprehensive analytical support and consultation for the design and management of global total rewords programs, position evaluations, salary recommendations, and/or other total rewards projects
Work with global compensation and benefits program team and be sure that all the changes and improvement on total rewards programs are global alignment and local relevant
Closely work with HRBP and provide analysis, insights and solutions of total rewards programs to meet business different needs and challenges.
Initiate/support on local total rewards projects according to local talent strategy
Support on enhancing total rewards communication/process in Greater China by multiple and innovative ways/tools in service of diverse talent
Actively connect with external C&B consultants, master market information and trend and provide feasible proposal/insights to keep company total rewards competitiveness.
Bachelor's degree required
Minimum 6-8 years of compensation and benefits experience required, consulting firm background preferred
Strong data analysis skill
Excellent communication skills
Strong customer focus and a team player
Proven creative problem-solver; action-oriented.
Tolerance to ambiguity
High level of proficiency in Written and Spoken Business English and Mandarin
Superior Excel, Powerpoint,
