To ensure this complex job goes off without a hitch, Supply Chain teams work with a network of more than 50 distribution centers, thousands of accounts, and more than 100,000 retail stores worldwide — making the impossible happen every single day.
Job Objectives
- Optimize consumer demand & supply to serve consumer and drive profitable growth and inventory productivity by leveraging the responsive capabilities.
- Support Jordan fulfill business (Always Available & Rapid Restock) from planning to execution excellence.
- Work closely with key stakeholders to faciliate Jordan fulfill end-to-end process and drive the x-functional alignment.
- Drive the responsive planning innovation and build up new capabilities.
Job Responsibilities
- Planning & Reporting:
Build Jordan IMP AA rolling forecast with the granularity down to channel / product / size level based on the input of sales plan & inventory target. Monitor and track the fulfill demand & generate reports to facilitate routine review meeting and forecast submission at each pre-season demand plan update gate. Maintain the GEL database on monthly basis to support the x-functional business review accuracy and reliability of all reporting & analysis result. Analyze product historical performance thru aligned KPI (Scale/ST/MD% etc.) & provide insights and recommendations for further actions. Support ad-hoc business case studies
- Process:
Facilitate & enhance the end to end fulfill business process Partner with key stakeholders (GC express lane / Supply & Inventory Planning / Merch / Consumer & Marketplace Planning / etc.) to drive x-functional alignments.
- Tool:
Participate in the development of Gel automatic tool & data solution to drive innovation.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of working experience in planning/buying related functions.
- Responsive planning related experience is preferred.
- Strong data analysis skills & good understanding of retail math
- Fluent in English & Mandarin (spoken & written)
- Advanced knowledge of MS office applications (Excel and PPT)
- Strong team player and good x-functional communication skills. Learning agility.
