Who we are looking for
At Nike, we are looking for skilled and motivated team member to join our team as a Partner Representative. In this role, you will have the chance to make a significant impact by handling a diverse portfolio of retailers in the Nordics.
We are looking for someone who can think strategically and collaboratively, ensuring that seasonal stories and assortments are tailored to meet the needs of targeted consumers. What you will work on
As a Nike Partner Representative, you will have a diverse range of responsibilities that will allow you to have a direct impact on our business. Some of your key tasks will include:
- Developing seasonal assortments based on frameworks provided by the merchandising team
- Ensuring smooth product flow and trading throughout the season to improve account results
- Planning the business for your accounts, including forecasting and scenario planning based on your extensive knowledge of categories, consumers, partners, brands, and the marketplace
- Managing both our partners and the marketplace to ensure the best presentation of stories and products, aligned with our One Nike Marketplace strategy
- Contributing to the growth of net revenue and net contribution by managing the end-to-end business with your accounts
- Collaborating on the partner experience during sell-in and co-owning the end-to-end experience for our showroom to bring the partner sell-in experience to life
Who you will work with
As a Nike Partner Representative, you will report directly to the Partner Manager, Nordics. You will be part of a dynamic team of 3 Partner Reps, each focusing on different categories/partners. In this role, you will collaborate closely with our Operations, Merchandising, Planning, Finance, and Marketing teams to drive cross-functional alignment and achieve our collective goals. Additionally, you will work closely with our Nike Partners, building strong relationships and fostering productive cooperation.
What you bring
To succeed in this role, you should bring the following qualifications and skills:
- Sales experience from either retail or B2B
- Demonstrated good knowledge in managing partnerships with buyers, including sales, consulting, negotiations, and successfully meeting seasonal goals aligned with important retail performance indicators.
- Proficiency in merchandising, including creating account assortments based on consumer needs
- A positive and collaborative attitude, with a strong emphasis on working together and accomplishing common objectives
- Strong coordination and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with teams from various functions within Nike and our retail partners, including operations, logistics, planning, finance, and marketing.
- The capacity to initiate change and make well-informed business decisions by utilizing analytical skills, commercial knowledge, and knowledge of the market.
- Flexibility to travel to the Nordic marketplaces to understand our partners' businesses, markets, and build productive cooperation with key partners
