WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH

This role is in our Demand & Supply Management (DSM) organization within the North America geography in the Supply and Inventory (S&IP) function. This person will work with S&IP teammates, NVS and value teams, integrated fulfilment planning, merchandising and more.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We’re looking for a North America Planner.  This person will be responsible for reporting, running our weekly shopping process and identifying opportunities to move through unproductive inventory. They will show initiative and work independently while handling competing priorities.

The candidate needs:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education, experience, or training
  • 2 years of directly related work experience
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Powerpoint, Outlook, Word)
  • Proficient in SAP
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve business results
  • Ability to communicate, influence and partner effectively using strong verbal and written communication
  • Familiarity with software programming (SQL, Tableau, Alteryx)

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON

The Planner will provide ad-hoc data analysis and reporting to identify, resolve and escalate inventory issues. They will identify opportunities, implement process improvements and make recommendations to maximize inventory productivity.

  • You will own the weekly shopping process
  • Highlight inventory performance at the style color level to inform future buys and or liquidation strategy and timelines
  • Be a central and key point of contact for value and merchandising teams
  • You enjoy and are comfortable with large data sets to report on, troubleshoot and glean insights from
  • You are thorough and have attention to detail
