WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH

This role reports to the Senior Manager, GPS Programs and is a member of the GPS Operations team.  In this role you will work closely with GPS team members across multiple functions including Global Places and Services, Operations and Business Coordination to support program implementation.  You will collaborate with Nike business partners in Technology, Finance, Procurement, Legal and HR.  You will also assist GPS Programs Managers with end-to-end program support and logistics coordination. 

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We’re looking for an Analyst, GPS Platforms to support the team with the implementation of global projects and the administration and maintenance of our systems and processes.  This position will drive alignment through shared tools and provide support with logistics, communication and engagement across the GPS organization. 

This candidate needs to have strong organizational and problem-solving skills.  They will be detail oriented and will demonstrate adaptability, effective collaboration and communication skills.

What do you bring?

  • Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree and minimum of 2 years directly relevant work experience Note: One of the following alternatives may be accepted: PhD or Law + 1 yr; Masters + 0-3 yrs; Associates degree + 1-3 yrs; High School + 3-5 yr
  • Minimum of 3 years of directly relevant experience
  • Strong verbal, written and graphic communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management
  • Exemplary relationship management and teamwork
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools preferred (e.g., AirTable, SharePoint, Miro, Box, Google Docs, Google Sheets, Keynote and AirTable)

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON

If this is you, you’ll be working with GPS leaders and business partners to develop, maintain and steward processes and tools to drive consistency of execution within the team.  You will develop strong relationships and actively engage with cross functional teams globally.  You will create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, coordinate logistics and provide administrative support for the team. Key accountabilities for this position include:

  • Maintaining information in project management platforms
  • Distributing status updates and reporting
  • Maintaining program and process documentation
  • Supporting web-based content development
  • Coordinating meeting logistics
  • Managing purchase order and invoice processing
  • Managing stakeholder engagement
  • Scheduling and organizing meetings
  • Effectively communicating with team members across the organization
