You’ll partner with the Product Coach to lead the Footwear zone in the store, achieving sales and customer service. Reporting into the Product Coach, you will:
· Lead your team to ensure we deliver a premium in-store experience to our consumers
· Coach your team and provide leadership, people development and feedback to elevate the team
· Drive: assist the team to achieve targets and KPIs by unlocking their potential
· Inspire: care about the team and, most importantly, have fun!
WHAT YOU BRING:
· A passion for the Nike brand
· 1-2 years retail leadership experience and a desire to grow your leadership career
· Strong written and verbal communication skills
· Sound computer proficiency
· A natural sense of urgency

Full-Time must have full availability across weekdays and weekends. You will work on a rotating roster, where some weekend work is expected. Due to the nature of our rotating roster, we are unable to consider your application if there are regular days (or parts of days) that you are unable to work.
