WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Nike’s Strategic Enterprise Capability (SEC) program is focused on the migration of current business operations in SAP ECC 6.0 to SAP S/4 HANA.  It is a multi-phased, multi-year program spanning all capabilities.  In this role you will own the delivery of Nike’s Global Treasury operations on S/4 within the broader Finance function on S/4 HANA.  

Working alongside Nike Technology, Internal Business users and our MSP partners, you will drive product functionality and represent end user needs through the definition of Epics, Features and Stories, groom the SEC Treasury backlog, which is a subset to the overall Treasury backlog, and will have final approval and acceptance of development and configuration delivered by our MSP Partners and Nike Technology team. We are seeking a knowledgeable techno-functional Treasury professional with a proven record of success driving SAP S/4 implementations with an emphasis in the Treasury space.  Communication skills are key and will be required to represent Treasury’s priorities and objectives in a highly complex cross functional environment.     

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON

  • Drive key design decisions to closure and Champion Global Design to meet Geo strategies

  • Define justifications for customizations, alternatives and presents to Functional Leads for review

  • Represent Treasury end users to explain/clarify business expectations to the team and provide feedback on the stories developed

  • Provide inputs to Change Impact Assessments and begin building out product backlog

  • Inform Geos of key design decisions and collect information to support testing, performance testing, deployments, data readiness

  • Communicate E2E Process Flows to Geo and obtain alignment

  • Final approver of Design Documents (Functional Design and Configuration Rationale)

  • Validate and provide inputs to communications, learning and engagement deliverables, including learning needs, communications, and member identification

  • Lead incident management & resolution for their capability during Hypercare

WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH

You will report to the Director, Treasury Technology & Data Solutions and partner extensively with Nike Treasury Business, Technology, The SEC Program (Technology, Finance, Strategy), Controlling, Tax, Legal, and Finance Operations.

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent, combination of education, experience, or training

  • Minimum of 10 years business systems or treasury experience and deep expertise in process optimization, Treasury technology and governance

  • Global and/or Consumer Products Corporation experience preferred

  • Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) or Project Management Professional certification is a plus

  • Experience with SAP S/4 HANA including at least 1 full life cycle implementation

  • Strong ability to lead transformation, driving through ambiguity, especially SAP S/4 HANA projects
