You will play a critical role to lead, shape and disrupt culture to drive transformative and operational business outcomes in an already high performing team.

Who we are looking for

We are seeking an innovative HR practitioner who has the capability to drive organisational effectiveness outcomes while providing trusted advice to stakeholders.

Ideally, we are seeking candidates with:

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in an HR business partnering role or HR Generalist role, ideally in the retail industry with a working knowledge of the regulatory landscape.
