WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH

As the Lead, Learning & Development Advisor, you will report to the Director, Learning & Development and will work closely with other Global L&D teammates. You will partner cross-functionally across HR and the business including with the Talent COE, Business HR, People Solutions, and Subject Matter Experts to optimize opportunities to provide a world-class portfolio of learning solutions.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

This role in Global Learning & Development designs and implements new learning solutions and serves as the program owner for high impact learning solutions in our Global L&D program portfolio. Working across Global L&D projects and teams, this role will design and develop digital learning solutions to drive innovative and consistent experiences. This role is integral to deliver on our dedication to equip Nike teammates to be their best self. Global L&D Programs focus on cultivating great players, empowering great coaches, rallying great teams and innovating our game, allowing us to maximize our talent and support our growing business.

  • 6-7 years of experience in adult learning solution development and delivery of solutions, including development of digital learning solutions.

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Education, or Business or a combination of relevant experience, education, and training.

  • Instructional Design knowledge and experience is required.

  • Experience designing digital learning experiences and knowledge of learning technologies is required.

  • Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills to engage with a broad business audience (employees to executives).

  • Exceptional customer focus and ability to find opportunities to enhance the Global Learning & Development portfolio.

  • Strong project management skills with ability to prioritize and work across multiple projects.

  • Strong global mindset and experience in deploying full end-to-end learning experience.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and judgment of who to engage and when to escalate.

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON

The Lead, Learning & Development Advisor will cultivate innovative digital learning solutions to elevate learning impact and experience for our Nike teammates.

Strategic:

  • Manage strategic learning initiatives ensuring key stakeholder engagement, cross functional collaboration and excellent project leadership (quality, issue escalation, budget, vendor management and achieve time bound milestones).

  • Embody a deep commitment to serve our Nike teammates with scalable learning solutions that enable them to be their best.

Operational:

  • Partner with People Solutions to provide seamless activation and sustainment of Global L&D Programs.

  • Manage assigned budgets, optimizing spend and evaluating and engaging others in upstream/downstream impact of budget decisions.

  • Continuously improve learning solutions using data to inform and ensure partners are engaged in upstream/downstream impact of actions.

Leadership:

  • Build and sustain a strong Nike internal network across HR, key cross functional partners, and Nike leaders.

  • Serve as a role model of Nike’s values and policies.

  • Build and sustain a strong external network of learning professionals.
