As Director, Responsible Supply Chain (RSC) in Singapore you will be part of the Global Responsible Supply Chain Leadership Team, reporting into the Senior Director, RSC, based in Nike’s World Headquarters in Beaverton Oregon. You will lead a team of sustainability subject matter experts, based in Singapore, driving performance against sustainability strategy and targets. Working closely with cross functional teams within global sustainability and supply chain.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We’re looking for a Responsible Supply Chain Director based in our Singapore office, to join the global Responsible Supply Chain leadership team. We operate one of the largest supply chains in the world and work with partners that make and move Nike products across the globe. Their leadership in sustainability is essential to ensure we meet our targets. To be successful in this role, we need someone with deep expertise in operationalizing strategies in global supply chains, preferably with experience in manufacturing, transportation and distribution.

The successful candidate will be able to think strategically, but also translate strategies into action with clear and aligned plans. They will be able to communicate our vision and motivate others into action, and able to drive organizational change. They will also be a trusted leader who fosters teamwork and develops others.

What they will bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in sustainability or business related field preferred.

  • 10+ years professional experience in Sustainability and Business leadership.

  • Strong stakeholder and partner management skills.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to understand and use data to make the business case for RSC initiatives.

  • Ability to network, influence and utilize internal and external resources.

  • Project Management skills and a strong attention to detail.

  • Ability to travel 10-20% of time.

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON

The successful candidate will consult on Nike’s Enterprise Sustainability Strategy, Standards and targets, leading the implementation and execution of Nike’s Responsible Supply Chain (RSC) Strategy with Supply Chain Partners. Key responsibilities include:

  • Delivering Nike’s Foundational Excellence program with Supply Chain Partners, driving performance against Code and Standards.

  • Building Partner capabilities through Summits, Workshops and supporting Learning Communities.

  • Driving continuous improvement and consistency in strategy creation, alignment, implementation and execution processes.

  • Developing annual plans for Supply Chain Partner’s group level target implementation.

  • Driving performance against Nike’s enterprise sustainability targets with Supply Chain Partners.

  • Driving discipline in data management, analytics & reporting.

  • Providing expert level tech expertise.
