WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
As an EMEA Specialist II, Marketplace Operations (Partner
Marketing) you will be a part of the EMEA Brand Planning & Operations
(BPO) team. You will be based in the European Headquarters in Hilversum
and report into the EMEA Marketplace Operations (Partner
Marketing) Manager.

You will be part of various strategic, planning, and executional processes
and so we seek a professional who is highly organised, efficient, results
driven and eager to become an operational expert across Partner
Marketing processes. We are looking for someone that continues to raise
the bar to operate in the most efficient way, who is an expert in
managing and tracking marketing projects while collaborating with
cross-functional stakeholders.

We are looking for a team player who is collaborative,
thriving whilst managing multiple stakeholders, enjoys improving processes
with an eye on the detail whilst being able to zoom out to understand the
bigger picture.

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON
You will drive operational excellence and seasonal readiness across
Partner Marketing.
Your role will be to create efficiencies, seek to continuously optimize
processes and reduce complex ways of working, to ensure overall
Marketing priorities are met and the CFoP formations are landing across
the full Partner marketplace.
Support Partner Marketing teams through the downstream Marketing
Code and relevant Consumer Code milestones for seasonal readiness.
Track project status for the marketing projects that are on the Partner
Marketing marketing planner from -31 weeks to launch date.
Safeguard delivery timelines to execute on time, while looking ahead to
anticipate delays or risks and collaboratively driving scenario planning.
Support the Partner Marketing team through monthly budget
submissions.
Continually identify ways to optimize processes and ways of working.
Drive the digitisation of existing and new processes, simplifying and
clarifying along the way.

WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH
In your role you will act as a key operational thought partner to the Partner
Marketing team to identify organisational needs and processes that should
be implemented or adjusted, in order to simplify and improve ways of
working.
Your key stakeholders will be:
Nike Partner Marketing team
Brand Planning, Marketplace and Media team
Brand Planning, Operations, Project Management
Brand Planning, Operations and Shared Services team

WHAT YOU BRING
Experience in fields directly related to marketing operations and /
or project management (includes projects within brand
management, digital marketing, integrated media, retail
marketing, partner marketing or brand creative)
A strong drive for operational excellence and continuous
improvement through process enhancement and innovation
Able to manage multiple projects and initiatives while driving
accountability on day-to-day operations
Results-oriented, structured, analytical and problem-solving and
strong organisational skills
Effective communication and working within a matrix organisation
Working well with change and the uncertainty it brings, confident in
finding ways to bring clarity in ambiguity
Enterprise mindset & innovative thinker
Experience in budget management: planning, monitoring, and
controlling costs are a plus
