Lead Insights & Analytics Manager – NIKE, Inc., Beaverton, OR. Manage relationships with diverse business partners to understand current and anticipate future customer and business needs; Define relevant strategic questions based on comprehension of existing requirements; Deliver presentations grounded in data that identify key trends, themes and offer recommendations on solutions to key questions; Coordinate across Global and Geo-based teams of analytics professionals to ensure Nike’s most complex strategic, operational, and commercial objectives related to consumers and athletes experience are met; Direct development of models that help us deeply understand and measure the impact of projects on shopping journeys and commerce outcomes; Design, manage, and execute the measures of store tests to quantify the impact consumer and athlete-experience related initiatives have on consumer and business outcomes; and Partner across Insights and Technology organizations at Nike to help accelerate and maximize data capabilities. Telecommuting is available from anywhere in the U.S., except from AK, AL, AR, DE, HI, IA, ID, IN, KS, KY, LA, MT, ND, NE, NH, NM, NV, OH, OK, RI, SD, VT, WV, and WY.
Must have a Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Statistics, or Computer Science and 2 years of experience in the job offered or in a Analytics-related occupation. Experience must include:
- SQL
- Microsoft Excel
- Quantitative Research including Survey Research
- Statistical Analysis
- Consumer Retail Insight & Analysis
- Global (U.S. and Non-U.S.) Retail Experience
- Tableau
