Role Purpose

Inspire, Serve and Grow the Jordan Culture and Community in a Connected Marketplace

Key Accountabilities

Lead and strategize the evolution of Jordan concept in GC marketplace, leading with World Of Flight

Be the initiator and thought partnership to achieve and aligned approach around concept experience through products, environment and services
Drive a clear and roust tiering strategy that can be easily communicated and executed by cross functional teams
Partner with Global to provide GC Insights and new capabilities to drive marketplace distinction
Ensure that we have a clear positioning and Jordan distinction in Nike concepts (Merchandising, Marketplace, Design)

Cross functional integration and collaboration

Lead a cross functional team integration across Concept, Design, Merchandising, Marketing (Concept/ Store) and Marketplace to deliver to the next evolution of Jordan concept
In partnership with Marketplace planning and Finance to deliver a profitable, sustainable and scalable concept in the marketplace

Project Management

Operationalize the plan and ensure that we are on track to deliver to our Jordan distinction in the marketplace
Serve as the lead project management for concept development and ensure that key tasks are delivered on time at each critical gate
