主要岗位职责销售和服务:
1.协助顾客选择和购买产品。
2.协助顾客获取产品资料和相关信息。

运营相关技能和意识:
1.保持商店整洁美观、备货、协助商店清洁工作
2.主动学习,增加顾客服务、零售数学、产品知识以及耐克具体零售政策和程序等零售基本原理和专业知识。
3.履行分配的其他职责,包括但不限于:处理到货、为产品标明价格或者贴标签、进行实际存货检查和进行商品美观陈列。
4.主动提供顾客服务以协助预防损失工作。了解入店行窃或者内部偷窃的预警征兆,即时向主管报告可疑活动。

岗位要求体能要求零售和分销:在履行工作职责时,员工可能被要求进行各种各样体力工作,这些工作通常是基本的、重复的和日常性质的工作。可能要求员工区分颜色和形状,需要足够的视觉灵敏度来识别各种类型的产品,也可能要求员工进行零售商店的陈列、搬运存货或者处理其他与零售有关的工作。
