Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Manager to lead our supply chain strategy efforts. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive supply chain strategies that drive business growth, improve efficiency, and reduce costs. This role will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketplace supply chain, logistics, GEL fulfill and the other business stakeholders to identify opportunities for improvement and implement strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive supply chain strategies that align with business objectives
- Analyze market trends, industry benchmarks, and internal data to identify opportunities for supply chain optimization
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement strategic initiatives that drive business growth, improve efficiency, and reduce costs
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, logistics providers, and business partners
- Manage and analyze supply chain data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field. Consultant firm background is a plus.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in supply chain management, with a focus on strategy and operations
- Proven track record of developing and implementing comprehensive supply chain strategies that drive business growth and improvement
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and develop actionable insights
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
