Product Manager in Global Logistics, Eli Peterson, is all about attention to detail and building trust in the process. His team is responsible for ensuring transportation teams across NIKE have the software they need to do their jobs efficiently amidst a dynamic and evolving supply chain. By having a process to review his areas of responsibility and creating reliability between teams and leaders they can quickly bring value. Peterson’s experience in building trust came from his "job in the military requiring me to be confident, clear, calm and concise on the radio at all times as I managed large airspaces with many aircraft performing a variety of missions. At NIKE I am able to manage and lead groups and teams through difficult conversations and ambiguous paths. I believe veterans offer many of these unique skills and that colleagues quickly turn into friends."
