Former Human Resources Officer, United States Army, Veronica Finch, is well versed in fostering a collaborative environment. As a Director, she manages a team of program managers who lead initiatives to attract and engage innovative and diverse candidates for Nike. According to Finch, "my military service fostered a passion for people and an understanding of the collective power that is created when we all work together to accomplish a common goal. Regardless of one’s position in an organization, we can all add value and have positive impact through service as team members, managers or individual contributors." Also, being a Nike Military Veteran & Friends co-lead, she is growing this NikeUNITED community to foster a collaborative mindset and team spirit that permeates the culture and ensuring fun while doing it!
