    A retail athlete is one of the most valued roles at Nike. You are the face of the brand, and your priority is delivering a premium experience to our consumers. Whether you’re on the sales floor sharing product expertise or in the stockroom anticipating teammates' needs, your passion for product and heart for people will shine through.

  • Specialist (Sales Lead)

    As a Nike store Lead, your mission is clear: apply your knowledge across categories and departments to deliver a premium consumer experience. You're able to level-up as a leader and handle complex transactions and tricky situations with poise, representing the brand at its best.

  • Assistant Head Coach (Assistant Manager)

    You lead a team of Coaches to create an environment that enables store employees to thrive personally and professionally. Together with your Head Coach, you keep all store functions running seamlessly and consistently to deliver on store goals and grow the business. The result? An amazing in-store experience that exceeds consumer expectations.

  • Coach (Department Manager)

    If you love leading people and have a passion for retail, then the Nike Coach position is right up your alley. Your understanding of store operations, programs and services brings clarity to your team, and your ability to motivate direct reports and peers, drives results. We're here to create a premium experience for teammates and consumers, and a Coach plays a vital role in making this happen.

  • Head Coach (Store Manager)

    You always find a way to get the best out of each individual on the team. You inspire your store leaders with strong, clear communication. You skillfully orchestrate all retail functions in ways that result in profitable business growth. You enable your team to deliver premium consumer experiences that make Nike fans for life.

  • Senior Head Coach (Sr. Store Manager)

    You artfully manage retail operations and develop your teams in our highest-profile, highest-volume stores. Through strong leadership, your store not only delivers positive business results, but also highlights the best the Nike brand has to offer, leaving a lasting impression.
